It Says In The Papers – Tour Countdown
Take that Rupert Murdoch! Take that Tronald Dump! Take that Flinthart Glomgold!* Take that, Take That!
My tour countdown continues. Ireland are you ready for a post Electric Picnic, Connolly Acoustic Picnic tour? I fly out on Monday night. I’m playing Bangor, Dundalk, Cork, Bantry, Galway, Myrtleville, Ballymore Eustace, Wexford and Dublin.
This week I entered the world of media tycoons by appearing in five separate Irish publications. Thank you to the Cork Independent, the Evening Echo and the Irish Examiner, The County Down Spectator and the West Cork Times for taking the time to talk with me and for giving me great coverage in your publications. There will also be pieces in The Galway Independent and the Connaught Tribune in coming days.
Shout outs for Ger Wolfe, Annie Proulx,BigCity Folk, Mick Flannery,Broad Church, Case/Veirs/Lang, Cork, Martin’s Life, East Durhan, New York and more in here.
Remember Cork and Dublin tickets considerably cheaper in advance!
Thank you Anthony Mulcahy / Mulography, #randomirishguy for most of these photographs and Don Paris Schlotman for the poster design. I will have limited edition tour posters for sale on tour. Anthony has a new photography website launching tomorrow, I’ll share that with you then. The photo in the Echo is by Art Heffron.
*Flinthart Glomgold was the other evil cartoon character from Duck Tales.
